Intro to Gender Diversity: Beyond the Binary at UBC

Beyond the Binary at UBC video aims to address gaps in the awareness and inclusion of Two-Spirit, trans and non-binary community members at UBC. Beyond Binary @ UBC is a project initiated, led, and co-facilitated by Jesse Grimaldi, Manager, BCom Careers at the UBC Sauder Hari B. Varshney Business Career Centre, and Rachael Sullivan, Equity Facilitator at the UBC Equity & Inclusion Office. The project was informed by community members with lived experience as Two-Spirit, trans and non-binary individuals, and allies. The project received partial funding from the 2015 Equity Enhancement Fund.
